YEJ Motor Functions
YEJ series DC brake motors is a type of totally enclosed supporter-cooled squirrel-cage a few phase asynchronous motors,it was developed accoring to IEC standsrd and has a great deal of gain such as prompt braking,compact construction,large trustworthiness,high efficirncy,vitality conserving,big startin torque, simple procedure & servicing and many others.Aside from,the brake has a guide release gadget,which enables the brake a junction of the two guide release and electric powered release and is convenient for procedure.YEJ collection DC brake motors are ideal for mechanism that requires prompt braking,correct positioning,repeat operating,repeated starting and aviod slipping.
Basic principle and composition of the brake motors, the DC brake disc is assembled on the non-drive conclude shaft of the motor,when equipped with electrical power, the brake works simultaneously, the electromagnetic force appeals to the armature and presses the spring ,hence the brake disc is unveiled from armature and endshield,then the motor starts to run: When the energy source is reduce off, electromagnetic froce misplaced, the spring pushes the armature to the brake disc,the motor stops instantly,a braking action completed. The electrical power of the brake is equipped by rectifier set in the terminal box, DC 99v for motors up to 3KW and DC 170V for motors 4KW and up.
Y2EJ series DC brake motors(DC brake assembled on Y2 sequence motors) and YDEJ series DC brake motors(DC brake assembled on YD series multi-velocity motors) are also CZPT.
